We offer free delivery for orders over £99 (excluding VAT) to the UK Mainland. If you place your order before 12 pm from Monday to Friday, it will be delivered within two working days. We use DPD as our shipping carrier, and we strive to dispatch all orders received before 12 pm on the same day. The Pallets order will cut-off before 10pm. By default, your order will be shipped via the next working day delivery service. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email and/or text.

Return Policy Damages and Issues

We will accept the return of goods fit for sale on their return (as they were on delivery). The return must be confirmed in writing prior to the goods being collected or dispatched and a 20% handling & re-stocking charge will be deducted from any refund made (unless the goods were defective when delivered). You must notify us of any items you would like to return within 3 working days from receipt of order. There will also be a minimum collection charge of £20+VAT for us to arrange collection for any unwanted items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
